I have a lifetime of experience of working on equality and diversity issues. I pioneered an innovative equal opportunities programme for staff, at the Greater London Councils, which became the industry standard. I provided advice and guidance to council’s in England and Wales on the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry for the Local Government Associations. I contributed to the delivery of the Crown Prosecution Services Diversity strategies and Delivery.
